The mission of Temple B’nai Israel Social Action Committee

To provide members of TBI with opportunities to practice Tikkun Olam (“repairing the world”), engage in altruistic actions, and promote activities that encompass respect, justice, and compassion.

We welcome and draw upon the ideas of community members.

 In 2019-2020 we ACTIVELY engaged in community-based projects addressing:

*Hunger,  *Poverty, *Access to Health Care, *Racism, *Climate Change,

*Refugee Support, *Gun Violence and *Inclusion.
